Terms and Conditions

Arrival and departure times

Our rooms are available at 3 pm reservation day and check out time is at 11 am the next day. Guests need to give 1 day notice for late arrival after 10 pm. Additional charges may apply in case of late check out.

Cancellation policies

No charge if cancellation is received 24hrs or more before the expected date of arrival. Different policies may apply to group reservations, special events and reservations including packages.

Guarantee and credit card

When booking an individual room, a valid credit card number is required to guarantee the reservation. Upon arriving at the Hotel, you must present the credit card your charges will be billed to. If you wish to use the credit card whose number was provided at the time of the reservation but do not have the card with you upon arrival, please call our reservation department at 1-807-824-2002 to arrange payment.

Non-smoking establishment

The Voy is a non-smoking establishment. If one of the occupant or one of your guest smoke inside the establishment, a fee of $250 will be charged to your credit card.

Damage to Property

You will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by yourself, your guests, or any person in your party. If something is broken or vandalized, a minimum of $50.00 will be charged to your credit card.

Noise

To ensure a quiet and comfortable stay for everyone, loud noise is not permitted in the motel after 11pm. If, after a warning, the noise level is still unacceptable, you will likely be subject to either a $50.00 fee or required to leave the hotel premises immediately, regardless of the time of day or night.

Guest’s Belongings

Hotel Management is not responsible for any loss or damage, including theft or vandalism, to either the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or any other part of the hotel.

Pet Policy

  • A non-refundable pet fee of $15 (per day) is charged to my account upon arrival.
  • Guest is responsible for cleaning up after the pet on hotel grounds and properly disposing of the waste in the outside dumpster or as otherwise designated.
  • Pet must be on a controlled leash at all times when not inside of the guest suite.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance Service: I agree to make my suite available to housekeeping and/or maintenance needs and will arrange to have my pet out of the suite to accommodate this service.
  • Damages caused by the pet to the suite, its furnishings, or any other part of the hotel are the guests responsibility. The guests account will be charged commensurate to the cost of such damages. Guest suite is subject to damage inspection at anytime and upon checkout.
  • Noise/Disruptive complaints: If hotel management receives more than 2 (two) complaints, alternative arrangements must be made for pet. The non refundable pet fee will not be refunded once the pet has been in the guest suite.
  • Pet left unattended in the guest room when the guest leaves the hotel premises must be secured in a proper pet crate or carrier.
  • Pet must comply with local legislation and insurance liability requirements.
